Quality Management holds the first place in our working, and follows only one principle: for the customers’ satisfaction. This quality-oriented way of thinking is not only our company‘s guiding principles, but also is a process which begins with the first contact we have with a customer and which continues far into sales and service.
We implement strict quality controls system on our products. We have set up our own Tech.-support department, which is formed with most experienced staff. They all have acquired quite a good knowledge of auto parts and engineering.
They mainly take the following tasks,
Institutionalize Quality Control System through planning,inspecting,monitoring,improving
and variation reducing;
Assure accuracy in product development and production process with the emphasis on prevention;
Improve the quality of the products through the Advanced Product Quality Planning process and physically involvement.
During the production periods, we always inspect the performance of the producers and supervise their producing processes;
Absolutely eliminate all potential defects through stringent process control and prevention of problems. Before every shipment, we would spot-check and test the items arrived in our warehouse again;
Carry out the Customer Acceptance Review and Evaluation (CARE) process;

Through meetings, correspondences, questionnaires or any other possible ways, we periodically communicate with our customers about their opinions on our products and services. We respect and attach great importance to any feedback from our customers. The readiness to accept responsibility makes us more reliable to our customers.

We would plan and organize various activities aperiodically under the same theme “Quality”, which would not only enhance our customers’ confidence and trust, but also encourage us to keep on pursuing ever better quality of our products.
We have already launched "one vs. two” campaigns for several key items. The highlights of this campaign is that as for the specific items, our warranty is that in the normal condition within one year, any returned piece of products would be compensated with two good ones. We are now also making efforts to involve more and more important items into this campaign.
